Background

We are a new church plant of on-fire Christ followers to do a new work. Founded in early 2026 we are serving the community of the Klamath Basin in Oregon. Setting forth to share the Gospel and be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to a lost and hurting world.

Rich O'Toole

Lead Pastor

Rich is a passionate teacher and preacher of the Word with 25+ years in ministry and nearly 19 years as a senior pastor. He has been serving in the Klamath Basin for the last 13 years.

Fernando Navarrete

Worship Coordinator

Fernando is a California native that moved to Klamath Falls in 2022. Involved in many projects and events throughout the Basin including City Fest and various youth events. His heart is for reaching the lost sheep and helping to equip them with the Word of God.
